CHEESE SOUP WITH SHRIMPS.

2 LITERS OF WATER YOU WILL NEED:

1 Cream cheese butter 400 grams
2 Potatoes 300-400 grams
3 Onions 1 piece
4 Carrots 1 piece
5 Shrimp peeled 500 grams

6 Vegetable oil 40 ml
7 Salt to taste
8 Herbs (dill/parsley (I used thyme) to taste

STEPS:

1. If the block type processed cheese (briquette) first, grate it on a coarse grater, if soft, then it can be directly added into the boiling water and boil until dissolved.

2. Add sliced potatoes, cook until soft.

3. Then add browned in vegetable oil onions and carrots.

4. Then add the peeled, thawed shrimp (I bought ready cooked, frozen), bring to a boil.

5. Refillable soup chopped greens on your taste (dill, parsley). I used a few sprigs of thyme. This soup can be served with fresh toasted white bread or Parmesan, grated on a fine grater.
